Western Tibet: TBA:
An overland journey from Lhasa to the Sacred Landscapes of Western Tibet: Mt. Kailas, Lake Manasarovar, Pretapuri and Tsaparang.

A six-week pilgrimage to the sacred landscapes of Mt. Kailas, Lake Manasarovar, Pretapuri and Tsaparang.  The sacred landscapes of Western Tibet reverberate in the hearts of Buddhists throughout the world. These places of pilgrimage are revered because of the unique features appearing in the earth, waters and skies, and the energies that emanate from the presence of the sages who once taught and mediated at these spots. Details are currently being developed.

Sea Kayaking and Discovering Sacred Landscapes

By kayak through Georgian Bay, we will introduce ways to experience and appreciate sacred landscapes, whose magical and mysterious qualities open the heart, energize awareness and reinforce our spiritual place on the earth. How do we prepare for an encounter and recognize a sacred landscape; what do we do when we meet one? Meditation practices, mindfulness of kayaking, plus stories of places will lead us to become quiet inside and enable us to better sense what the lands, waters and skies tell us about themselves, and about ourselves.
